3100 Mile Race

The 3100 Mile Race is the world's longest certified running race.

It takes place each year in Queens, Jamaica and is hosted by the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team.

The founder of the event is Sri Chinmoy who holds a deep seated belief in the joy of self-transcendence. Self Transcendence involves going beyond personal limits in both inner and outer capacities. The 3100 mile race is symbolic of the opportunity for individuals to do more than they ever expected.
